- Work with homeowners and Directors to ensure individual needs are met and your development is a nice place to live.
- Collect Maintenance Charge payments
- Instruct one of our approved contractors for routine services and one – off works
- Pay all bills and invoices relating to the Development
- Inspect routinely and ensure any repairs are completed
- Hold meetings with owners to discuss the management of the building or estate
- Arrange for accounts to be independently verified and provided to all owners.

Our Customer Service Promise
At Allerton Property Management Limited, we understand that if you have issues with the Managed Areas you need your Managing Agent to deal with them promptly and efficiently. As such, we have a Customer Service Promise which outlines the time you can expect us to deal with your communication. Please note that these are the maximum time it will take, and will usually take much less. However, on rare occasions when there are circumstances beyond our control (staff absenteeism, service provider problems) times may be more, but we will always advise you if this happens.
Telephone Calls
All telephone calls are answered by a person, during office hours. In the event that the member of staff you wish to speak to is unavailable, you will be advised of the expected time they will contact you and this will be done. It is most likely that another member of staff will be able to deal with your query immediately though.
Our office is open between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Thursday and 9 am to 4 pm Friday, and messages may be left outside of these hours. Should you wish to leave a message, we ask that you leave a suitable day time telephone number and, if appropriate, a good time for us to call. If an out of hours call is required, please contact us.
